Side Access Auto Crate - 50 Lt

The Auto Crate family consists on 3 different crates that all share the same base dimension enabling them to interstack with each other while offering different height and access options.  The base of each crate has a vented base with small holes to faciltate airflow, but prevents small parts being lost in transit or storage.

Designed initailly for the Australian automotive industry for the storage and delivery to plants for small automotive components, they have proven their worth and hence found their way into a wide range of industries where a tough storage crate is required that will take the knocks and last for years.

There is no comparison between using these crates and cardboard cartons in regard to strength, durability, and longevity.  With large label areas on all sides, products inside can be easily identified without the need to look inside with the introduction of bar coded labels or standard adhesive labels thatcan also provide the basics for an automated warehouse environment.

The base of these crates has been designed to allow easy transit on conveyor lines or live racking.  The base also interlocks securely with the crate positioned below providing a high degree of stack security when stored on the floor, or on a pallet high up in racking.

The Side Access option also permits ease of access when the crates are stacked atop of each other and are perfect for selective picking, or for use as a temporary racking system.
