ROTATIONALLY MOULDED SOLID PALLET BINS
Details:This bin has recently been developed as a larger twin skinned bin option along the lines of the 680 Litre family.
If you require a robust pallet bin to withstand rough treatment, and do not need insulation due to bins being used in refrigerated transport, then have a closer look at these TW1000 Bins and Lids. We can also mould these bins with polyurethane foam insulation and these can be found in the Insulated Pallet Bin section.
Ideally more suited for meat, poulty, and fish processing applications, the TW1000 will deliver your product in prime condition. As the optional lid is attached by using bungy straps, a MAF security device can easily be utilised.
There are two bungs in the lower corners to drain excess liquids without the need to tip the bin over on it side or invert if the bin is emptied manually.
The base has 4 way entry. Due to the capacity of 1000 litres and the load that these bins handle, we have not incorporated the same encapsulated fork access points as we have with the TW680 and FT680 Bins. If these bins need to be inverted, we recommend that an independent bin tipper is used which supports the bin on the top and bottom edges. We can fit tipping bars to these bins as optional extras, if you wish to use a rotating head forklift that can safely invert a fully loaded bin.
As we mould these in NZ, we can complete these bins in a range of colours to assist in identifying these bins as being owned by your company. In addition to this, we can apply post mould graphics to visually display company details, contents of bins, or whether content is inedible.
