POOL PALLETS

This pallet is manufacturing using the latest blow moulding technologies and is made right here in New Zealand.
The top pallet face is relatively flat, and has the addition of Anti-Slip buttons to increase friction between the pallet surface and the product to be palletised. There have been drainage channels incorporated into the design to permit the pallet to be used in "wet" areas so can also double as a Hygiene Pallet in most cases. There are 8 x handgrips on the sides to make physical man-handling of the pallet easier.
A major benefit of this pallet is that it has a recessed area running the length of the pallet that enables the pallet to locate onto beam racking. This gives higher security against a pallet falling off the beams if it is accidentally knocked by a forklift in high stud racking. There is also a sealed area within the pallet where an RFID device can be placed to facilitate easy load identification.
