The solid Macro 450 litre pallet bins are ideal for material handling and food processing applications. The smooth, non porous surfaces are easy to clean and will not trap debris. The potential for cross contamination is significantly reduced.
Non porous surfaces will not absorb water or dehydrate your produce like wooden or cardboard based bins, and plastic bins always provide a constant tare weight throughout their use. These bins are easy to sanitise with a high pressure wash and as they are made with FDA approved materials, they are certified for direct contact with food products. Splinter resistant plastic delivers reduced maintenance costs, fewer injuries to workers, no wooden debris on the floor, and less overall damage to product.
Lightweight construction reduces shipping costs and makes MacroBins easier to move; the direct load corner posts and interlocking skid design make them safer to use when stacking - up to 9 high. The Macro 450 litre pallet bins have unobstructed fork access from two sides.
We can also supply these in a vented format making them more suitable for fresh produce.
