23 Lt Deep Nest Crate - Solid Base

Moulded from food grade polypropylene, the 23 Lt Deep Nest Crate is freight efficient and interstacks with the Viscount  Deep Nest, and Dual Height range.

Being of Deep Nest design, this helps reduce hydrocarbon emissions by improving efficency in pallet transportation.  The 23 Lt Deep Nest Crate has a return ratio of 3.88:1 with an incremental height of 35mm per crate.

Ventilation slots in the sidewalls promotes air flow and a completely smooth interior limits bruising and tearing of soft produce and other contents.  This crate features a solid base that will retain 5 Lt of liquid, a ready made solution for distributing food items prone to seepage or needing to thaw before use.  Vertical ribbed label panels at at each end reduces adhesive contact area.  They hold adhesive labels securely when in use but make complete removal easier for auto wash systems.  A hygiene plus when cartes are used on food processing lines.

These crates are manufactured in New Zealand against firm orders and can be hot foil stamped to provide permanent identification of ownership and / or contents at time of moulding.  We can also mould and supply these in a range of colours.

For requirements under the minimum order quanity, we recommend the usage of the Dual Height 23/28 Lt Deep Nest Crate with the solid base which can be supplied ex stock.
